Competitive Gaming Comes to the Silver Screen

(Enschede, NETHERLANDS) – August 24, 2007 – The flurry of KODE5 announcements continues. This October, the Revolution will once again be brought to the silver screen. Today, KODE5 in association with WZZRD BV & WSquared Media, is pleased to launch KODE5 Netherlands – and event that welcomes Counter-Strike 1.6 and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne gamers from around the world. To commemorate the coming of the Global Gaming Revolution to the Netherlands, WZZRD will host KODE5 Netherlands at their CineStar Colosseum location, bringing competitive gaming to the big screen. With Global Supporters Cooler Master, GIGABYTE, and Corsair Memory, the KODE5 Global Gaming Revolution brings competitive gaming to the forefront with events in 16 countries across the globe.

KODE5 Netherlands Regional Qualifier

From October 27th to 28th, the KODE5 Netherlands Qualifier will take place at WZZRD Enschede, located at CineStar Colosseum 60. For two days, the top Counter-Strike 1.6 and Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne gamers will clash in a tournament filled with non-stop action and thrills to determine who will earn the right to advance to the KODE5 Global Finals to represent the pride of the Netherlands. Gamers can register for this event by first signing up for a free account at KODE5.com and then registering at WZZRD’s official website (www.wzzrd.nl).
